Monsters Are Due On Maple Street

I agree with Sterling's quote.  What he said seemed very well put and also accurate.  If you look at history, America has done damage to itself, without even using weapons.  Things like prejudice, racism, brain-washing, stuff like that.  Everything doesn't have to be done by just shooting or stabbing someone.  When someone's mind is being toyed with, it can drive most people into insanity.  Bullying has a big effect on people's lives to.  It doesn't have to be physical, it can be verbal abuse.  It doesn't have to be, give me your lunch money or I'll throw you in this locker.  It can be as simple as telling somebody, You're not good enough, or no one likes you.  If you constantly put someone down day in and day out, the outcome can be horrifying.  So with that being said, what the quote says, has a lot to do with today's society.  The bad part is that it's getting worse and worse.

The Crucible Act I

Quote:  "  I know how you clutched my back behind your house and sweated lik a stallion whenever I come near!!!.......  I saw your face when she put me out, you loved me then and you do now!!!  "  (Abigail)

Response:  Abigail seems to be full of anger and rage as of now.  She's accussing John Proctor of messing around with her, but he's in total denial.  He claims that he's never even stepped off his farm.  I'm siding with Proctor.  She's just a young girl who seems confused.  She makes it seem like she what she wants and she'll do anything to get it, by any means necessary.
